My client is an established multi-disciplinary practice specialising in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, Planning Supervision and Dispute Resolution. Since its inception in 1979 the company has been adding value to the activities of its client base, establishing a strong reputation which has seen it expand on the back of repeat business and referrals from key customers.

They are currently seeking an experienced surveyor on a contract basis to assist with a large project that they’ve just won. You’ll be carrying out surveys on High Street Banks in the North West of England. You’ll be producing bespoke hand drawings, performing an External Conditions Survey, Filling out an Asset Management tick sheet etc, a day’s work is expected for each survey, there are 400 surveys to be completed by Christmas of this year.
